Living With Obesity Campaign - Voices of Youth in Obesity


Teenagers from across Europe participated in a major international campaign to help them, their parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals a better understanding of the challenges of living with overweight or obesity.


For this years campaign, we have launched a new Podcast to raise awareness of lack of support and understanding of the challenges of teenagers (adolescents). We have been joined with a number of youths to share their perspective of what it is like to live with Obesity during these vital life moulding years.

THE EU COMMISSION HAS LISTED OBESITY AS ONE OF THE HIGH RISK GROUPS WHO ARE ‘MEDICALLY VULNERABLE’.

While our supporters have contributed to the funding of ECPO activities and campaigns, they have no influence on the choice, content or execution of such activities and campaigns. All ECPO activities and materials are developed and created solely by ECPO as a patient led organisation, as per the terms of our constitution.
